How do I find out if a specific piece is available for my event?

Head to the Contact page + email us what you’re interested in reserving along with details of your event. Please make sure to include date, time, + location!

What is the deposit?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the date of your event. Your date is not reserved until deposit is made. Full payment is required 30 days before event date.

How can I pay?

We except cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle payments.

Can I pick up my rentals?

No, we don't allow for pick up of any of our rentals. Our arbor rentals require special handling and set up. We only allow Aisle + Arbor crew to deliver and set up and breaking down our rentals.

What is your weather policy?

Aisle + Arbor does not issue refunds for any reason.  The customer/client assumes all risks and hardships involved in weather related issues that may impact an event.  It is the customers responsibility to have alternative plans in place if inclement weather does create an issue.  Aisle + Arbor is not responsible for revising an event designation but may be available to assist in relocating rental items if necessary.  Alternate location plans need to be given to Aisle + Arbor ASAP for proper scheduling.
